Yunic proudly offers 45 Days Hassle-Free return. Please follow the below instruction to initiate a return:

1. Please contact our customer support e-mail: info@yunicglobal.com to initiate a return process.
2. A customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, EXCEPT the following circumstances which we will cover the return shipping charge:

• Item is damaged during shipping
• Defective item(s)
• After contacting our customer support, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to your contact email within 1 business day.
• A refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1 business day after we received the return goods. However, the transaction detail may take 2-3 business to appear on your bank statement. Note that, the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For instance, the original order amount is $400, and the return shipping charge is $50, then the customer will receive $350 refund to his or her original payment card.
