Portable launch monitoring for golf practice

The Garmin Approach R10 is a portable radar launch monitor for practice at home, indoors, or at the range. Pair it with a compatible smartphone and the Garmin Golf app to review shot data and swing video.

Indoor space and setup

Garmin recommends an indoor space at least 15 ft long × 8 ft wide × 8 ft high. Position the ball at least 8 ft from the net or screen and place the R10 6–8 ft behind the ball. Allow clear space for a full swing and behind the screen. Measure the entire room: cage depth alone does not meet the setup requirement, and not every enclosure configuration will fit.
